Book an in-store or online appointment at a time that suits you. From the first conversation, our process is straightforward, collaborative and deeply personal.

Guided by your budget and preferences, we will explore a selection of shapes, designs and materials that best fit your style and sentiment. Once all the finer details are covered, we will provide a quote.
Step 2: Review Your Digital Prototype
See your gorgeous jewellery take shape before we set a single stone. During the bespoke design process, our team uses Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to give you a clear view of the end product.
You’ll be able to review every angle of your piece and request any adjustments before giving final sign-off. We want you to love it before we make it.
Step 3: Crafting Your Bespoke Design
With your design approved, our skilled craftsmen get to work at our on-site workshop. Your design is individually set and finished using a mix of traditional techniques and modern innovations.
We use superior-quality metals (gold and platinum), diamonds and precious gemstones to craft your made-to-order piece. Exceptional craftsmanship takes time, and we’ll give you a clear timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.
Step 4: Receive Your Final Piece
We’ll invite you in to present your finished piece in person. If you’re unable to visit our showroom, we’ll arrange a virtual reveal and ship your jewellery in secure, discreet packaging.
